1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FitCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by writing to hello@fitcrm.in. All prices are in INR, exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Free Trial

15-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. Convert or cancel — no auto-charging.

4. Data & Backups

You own your data. We back up daily and allow you to export anytime. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

5. Fair Use

FitCRM may not be used for illegal, spammy or fraudulent activity. WhatsApp broadcast usage must comply with Meta's Business Messaging Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
